Our Care Staff

All care staff within the home are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care.  A continuous staff training programme is in place to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest initiatives, best practices and developments in care. 

The staff have experience and training in the care of older people and related areas such as-

• first aid
• fire safety
• food hygiene
• moving and handling
• adult protection and health
• safety control. 

The team consists of people responsible for catering, laundry, domestic services, maintenance and administration.
